The room wasn’t cleaned, the door did not shut properly when leaving. The next day after departure, I reported that Apple earbuds were left on the bed closest to window. No one called back say if found or not so I called back today. They said cleaning ladies hadn’t found it and that ‘they were good at that sort of thing’ - as good as following up with customer? - as good as cleaning room? The lady said she would transfer me to manager but I hung up after being on hold for a longer period than I had time for. It’s concerning because I know I used those earbuds only in the hotel room and I knew right away when unpacking that I left them.
