The hotel has some age on it but they have upgraded the exterior and interior to a place where this is a solid value. Right on the river the rooms have excellent views from their balconies. The Room 151 was perfect. Great location to the casino. Pete’s Pancake House best place for breakfast.

I didn't stay. Room was not what I booked, no microwave or refrigerator. Balcony view of the river was a small porch over looking a small pool. Room had a very strong smell that burned my throat when I walked in. Was told refund had to be given through Expedia since I booked 3rd party. Yes I understand this is a 2 star hotel, but I stay in 2 and 3 star hotel's all the time and they are excellent.

Clean room and clean comfortable beds. We’ve stayed here previously and love how big the room is with an area with a love seat, small dining table, and refrigerator. We love setting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

Not all rooms have refrigerator so I had to be moved to a bigger room which cost more. No breakfast, just coffee and tea. My card key wasn’t working so 2 days I had to get it renewed. Finally my last day the door didn’t open at all. Otherwise the view is fabulous!

The view from the balcony was the perfect thing, especially first thing in the morning. The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and the AC and the heater both worked well. A few minor upgrades are needed to the room, but nothing that would deter me from staying again

Great place to stay! Have stayed multiple times and will probably continue, since it has smoking rooms and a nice quiet vibe. Have had many friends come to rent other rooms there on trips and we all enjoy staying at Rodeway Inn while in Cherokee!

No daily room service during 3 day stay, Exterior of facility looks good but interior condition is marginal at best. Bathroom shows rot around end of bathtub and adjacent vanity. Wals discolored. Upon arrival found stink bug and roach inside the room. Killed and removed them from interior of room, Locking mechanism to door leading to balcony has been broken and not properly repaired. Part of door frame appears split from forced entry, Parking was very adequate and exterior of facility was clean and appeared well maintained. Biggest disappointment was no daily room service throughout our stay. We had to go to front desk to obtain coffee packets and clean towels and wash cloths. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was hard to find. The phone was ringing off the hook and nobody was around the front desk to answer it or check us in. I was told the room did not have a fridge or microwave so I asked if there was another room available and without checking she just said no. There is no breakast but I want to the lobby for coffee in the morning and the hotel staff did not even respond to my Good Morning. The room was very musty and lead us to believe there was water damage somewhere. The doors also did not close properly. The ice maker next to our room was out of order. The balcony off the back had a nice view of the river.
