I don’t understand the terrible ratings people have left. This was a wonderful stay. The owner was so friendly,sweet and helpful. The check in process was simple. When we got to our room we were thrilled. It was spotlessly clean , the beds were super comfortable ,nice linens ,more television stations than we have at home . The air conditioning was cold and not too noisy. The bathroom was also immaculate with plenty of water pressure and hot water in the shower. The location is great. We were sad we weren’t staying longer. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Maggie Valley.

Everything that was within the staff's control was excellent. It's a basic, older motel on the side of a busy rural highway. Road noise is a nuisance during the day. Our rooms were spotless clean, everything worked, and toiletries were fresh and quality. Great motel for a motorcycle traveler,

As always we had a very pleasant experience at Laurel Park Inn as we have stayed here numerous times. The king non smoking room was CLEAN and very comfortable. The owners are hospitable and met our needs or requests. I would definitely recommend this motel.
