Good location. Clean. Service good. Spacious room. You have all what you need for a room. it’s worth what you pay. Fantastic view. Easy access for shopping and station. Night view is spectacular .Stay something you must see.

Room was old, hotel run down, don’t think the pool had been open for years, pictures do not even come close to what it really looked like when we arrived. There were people even living there it seemed. Crack haven was the first thing to come to mind. We checked in and within minutes checked out. Trying to request a refund via Expedia but it’s highly unlikely so stopping payment on credit card with a charge back. The owners seriously need to clean the place up or just strike a match! Shame too since it’s right on the river. Has major possibilities if it was cleaned up and get the riff raff out. We paid 150.00 for the night, total highway robbery for what it was!

I am very sorry to have to give a negative review but driving to the location. All the buildings were ran down and uninhibited and very trashy. Once we pulled into the parking lot. The pool had a tarp on it and the area in motel was not in the best of condition so we found a different place to stay.

Keep looking. Bryson City is cute. Bugs are in the room. 2 cockroaches and one blood sucker tick/slug on my bed. I barely slept thinking about the bugs. There’s a hole behind the fuse box in the bathroom and I chased one into his hiding spot in that hole. The advertised kitchenette is a mini fridge, small microwave and coffee maker stacked one on top of the other. It’s not updated and the bath towel is the size of my hand towels at home. Unless it’s the only property left in town, look elsewhere . If it’s your only option and you bring raid , I think you’ll be good .

I liked the poarch that viewed the river, the pic nic tables and grills. Close to town. The room was small. The air-conditioning very loud. Difficulty sleeping.

Liked the wildlife off back porch. Pool closed. Under construction and we had to move rooms due to flooding issue from upstairs room. Did not really do much to accommodate us for our bathroom flooding othere than nicer room for same money.

The property is very rustic. Few amenities. No vending machines, no pool, no lamp in the room. Coffee maker but no coffee. Towels are old and worn. The floor in our room had two levels. The transition from one level to the other is very abrupt and not super safe. BUT, we did enjoy the stay and slept very well in the bed. The river behind our room was great.

This was a nice old, locally owned hotel. Because of the age of the hotel, there is not an elevator but it's less than 20 steps to the top floor. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help you. The room is large and comfortable. We will definitely look into staying here if we're in the area again.
