“Clean, pretty, and well set up 1-BR apt in in a nice neighborhood on LI. Check in was easy. Kitchen was small (and I wish the Keurig was stocked with coffee rather than hot chocolate). Bedroom and bed were comfortable although the room was small). Bathroom was clean and pretty, with a very nice shower. The landlord was very nice.”

“Great location for us visiting the wine country and Bayshore town with this serving as a base. Everything was great. We love coffee and The Suite had both regular drip and K-cup options. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning in each room worked well. Large 65” TV with streaming options. Great shower. I would return and highly recommend The Suite!”

“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

“If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!”
