“Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky”

“Breakfast was a joke not even enough food for everyone coffee tasted like boiled dirt all the had were bagels cereal that were not restocked as 7-10am went on so if you get breakfast at 9 you barely got any food.Forgot prescription glasses in the room called them. the staff which sounded like a woman pretended not to hear me hung up on me. called again staff didn’t look for the glasses just said they weren’t there when we knew for sure they were so we lost $400 glasses cause they were too lazy……
