“Perfect location in DTA. Nice to have parking in back of property. We were able to walk to everything. We were in town for our son’s Naval Academy Induction Day. Gate 1 of USNA is an easy 5 minute walk. Property is great if you have a group. Wide open sitting area in Bar/TV room. Property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. Would highly recommend, and we will likely look to stay here on future visits. ”

“Amazing location. Rock Hall is a sweet little down with big heart. The bungalow is the perfect studio with a large bathroom and sauna. Its walking distance to a local beach and a short drive to many great waterfront restaurants. The hosts were beyond accommodating and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. 10/10.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house! It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with one beautifully landscaped yard after another with large trees behind each one rustling in the wind. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch to visit in the afternoon breeze. It was a surprising little oasis in the outskirts of Baltimore! We had 4 adults and 2 dogs for the weekend and had more than enough room in the house to eat & visit together comfortably but then be able to retire to our own……

“Three adults stayed three nights. Property was very clean and has an ideal location. Annapolis is a great walkable town. We used the parking garage around the corner from the property for added convenience and only used our vehicle to visit the DC and surrounding area. The Naval Academy is a few blocks away and worth the visit. The harbor is an easy walk for restaurants and Bay area sightseeing cruise. Too many restaurants to mention. We highly recommend and would book again.”

“Our family had a great stay at On the Rocks! My adult children and their significant others loved the large yard for playing games, the pool for cooling off, and kayaks and paddle board for relaxing in the water. The garage was well stocked with games, floats, pumps, etc. We brought a few of our own bikes, but we also used a few of the many bikes in the garage. My husband loved grilling for the family. There was plenty of propane. The grill needed to be cleaned inside, but it didn't take long to……

“Clean, quiet little getaway. We stayed for a brief weekend and it was perfect for what we wanted. If you need some peace and quiet and need to get away from the hustle and bustle this a perfect little place. ”
