“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. “I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with……

“Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.”
