"It was a great experience overall but I was disappointed that the kids play pool and slides were closed. I had booked Hyatt Ziva for that reason but when I came here I got to know that the kids pool was closed due to maintenance. "

"Upon arrival we were disappointed to find out the golf course on site was under renovation and there was no transportation to their sister course. Also there was no beach access as it was boarded off. These two things should of been noted on website. Despite these two important factors we’re hoping to enjoy we seemed pressured to do the time share presentation and opt not to. Our room was as described but found the AC to be noisy perhaps outdated. The pool proved to be our saving grace and we’re impressed with the daily entertainment and views of the property. Can’t say enough about the friendliest pool hostess, waiters and waitresses. In fact every staff member we came across were pleasantly professional in dress and in spirit. We tried every restaurant on the property and found everything to be delicious and well portioned. We did encounter some wait times but there was always a bar near by to wait. We met some great people and hope to visit their other properties around the world."
