"The staff at the restaurants and pool bars need better training in customer service. Overall, the service was not consistent. However, I would like to highlight the breakfast restaurant, which was excellent—I give it five stars in every aspect. Additionally, there should be better signage in the pool areas indicating what is allowed and what is not. It is uncomfortable to be relaxing in the sun, already having been served drinks, and then have someone come over to tell you that the area is only for guests with a black wristband. This type of situation could be avoided with clearer information from the beginning."

"We love staying a Pueblo Bonito Rose! All inclusive is the only way to go!. My only complaint was working with Expedia. beware... I had a problem when booking and they did not help me at all with the solution. I had to call the property myself and took over one month to fix the problem to a position solution. Don't count on Expedia!"

"Excellent location, very clean, quiet spacious rooms! Excellent staff, very helpful making reservations via concierge! Lovely pools, fantastic gym! Clean beautiful sand on beach! Thought there could be more adult activity w volleyball, water sports etc. They did have excellent water aerobic classes to music. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved the location! Easy to walk marina and lots of restaurants to chose from. Very clean and neat. Everyone was extremely friendly. The 2 pools were great. There is also a kids area pool. They will give you lots of extra coupons if you visit their sister resort but we didn't do that and still was affordable. We stayed in lower cost room and still had plenty of room for my daughter and myself. The only negative i would say is when we arrived we were very tired and they gave us so much information and push to go to the sister location the next morning, which we didnt do being afraid of sales pitch etc. I would stay again as affordable and location."
