Staff was kind and informative. Pool was nice. Decent coffee in the morning. The beds in this hotel are TERRIBLE. Cheap, bottom of the barrel mattresses with lumps and craters make for restless painful sleep. Though my own fault, I left my travel pillow in the room. It could never be mistaken for the cheap feather pillows the hotel supplies. When I called back to speak with housekeeping, they simply said they didn't find anything that had been left behind. Enjoy the Purple pillow guys.
