Very nice location. Throughout my entire stay no room cleaning. I was told on Monday my room. Was scheduled to be clean on the day I Was leaving. I ask for clean sheet set to change my own bed and I was told to go to the front to check it out. The reschedule to have garbage or towels every other day. Checking in and out takes forever., not sure why Very nice location. .

Upon arrival was given the key to a room that was already occupied. As it was the room I had reserved the room that was given next, thankfully because they were all but booked solid, was not the deluxe originally reserved. Was made to change rooms the next day. The only bright spot of my stay was free ice and a courteous staff.

She talked to me so outrageous and made me feel so unsettled and I had to leave and check in somewhere else to absolutely realize that she was way out of her job rights to threaten demand and disrespect me and I know I can't be the only one
