Colony motel is in a very convenient location for me, which is why i stay there. Room is clean, beds are fairly comfortable and the shower is always good. For the price, i consider it a good value!!

The room was fairly clean. However, it had a strong musty smell. The towel rack fell off the wall. The beds were small. The biggest issue was that there was some remodeling occurring. I was awaken around 7am by hammering and staple guns. Then men started yelling. Management should have construction start later, warn paying customers, and offer discounts.
