I understand that the outer corridor looks more like a motel---nevertheless, I found the room clean and the amenities helpful, including shampoo and body soap. I was a little surprised to hear about the deposit, since I didn't know about it, but it was returned without issue. Reception was friendly and willing to help, in my humble opinion. I didn't bring a car, but the parking space seemed plenty. Air conditioning was a simple, old-fashioned type by the window, which was sufficient for a stay of a couple of days. There's a Target and Panda Express (open until 10 pm) and Wendy's (24h) in the area.

It’s an older location and needs some updates. Not all of the lights worked in the room and tv was only usable directly from the tv (remote did not work). That said, the service was good, staff were attentive and friendly.

Honestly this is a great place to stay for a weekend vacation in Chicago. We were close to everything and anything. We were in a very safe area in Willowbrook! it is a great city, very beautiful. Econo lodge did not disappoint either, is there some dated things about the room yeah. However it was very clean and there were no bugs which is hard to find nowadays! I will forever come back, Thank you Econo lodge for having me and my mother.

The room was clean and kind of updated. The shower was almost falling off, and the water pressure was extremely low. The bathtub was clogged, and the water was draining very slowly. We stayed here as a last minute resources as we lost power at home due to the Monday's storms.
