Pros - inexpensive and convenient location. Cons - indifferent and unfriendly staff at desk, shabby conditions in room, broken elevator, room air conditioner sounded like a truck with a bad muffler, minimal toiletries (one bar of small soap), worn mattress that had a pronounced dip/indentation, bad pillows, musty room smell.

The check in process was good! However the room was not that clean and had a musty smell. It also was uncomfortable. The bathroom faucet leaked and almost fire hazard. It was close to the event i was going to, so that was good. But i will not stay at this location again.

I had a problem with room, but reception helped and fixed it immediately. Building older, not maintained well, but at least stuff is nice. No breakfast( just coffee and some candy bars)...

The front desk was prompt to allow me an early check in thank goodness since I was working on my laptop. The rooms are stuffy and there are no Kitchen accessories in the room, you have to Bug the front desk which is hard to find someone after 5pm.

It was good enough for a nights stay. The staff that checked us in was friendly enough. The rooms floor was sticky, the were no hands towels and when we asked for them the second night the staff at the desk didn’t even speak to us and had her headphones on. Garbage was advised to take it down ourselves otherwise there was a $50 fine. I can understand for the long term guests, but for what we paid for two nights it should have been included. The bathroom was not really clean. Found hairs on the tub when we got there. There was no Kleenex either. The neighborhood was safe enough but the hotel in general needs some work.

The first room they gave me was dirty. There was marijuana residue on the counter, cigarette ashes on the night stand, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the floor was dirty. They upgraded my room for free and that room was nice and clean. Safety was a concern because of the patrons and at night the front desk closes the window with a metal locked sliding door but nobody bothered me. It was actually quiet and everything turned out okay.
