"We love the location of this hotel, which is very convenient. However, the check in process was frustrating. The hotel staff refused to check in anyone before the official 3PM check-in time, even at 2:30PM. We understand not all the rooms are available before 3PM. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed showed such inflexibility."
