Big and clean room. No noise from the airport. Friendly staffs. Excellent breakfast.

Surprisingly good! Very good size and comfortable room with both nice bathtub and rain shower. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel i have stayed in ShenZhen.

Everything was fantastic, definitely will book again.

Fraser Suites is a collection of exquisitely designed mini apartments of various sizes, which fit the bill of 5-star accommodations perfectly. My room was divided into 5 sections: Entry with kitchen, including washer/dryer; small dining area with welcome fruit bowl; living area with 2 couches; adjacent bed room area with very comfortable king sized bed; large bathroom with tub and shower; all amenities; small extra TV embedded in mirror; super clean. All electrical outlets to international...

From the when we first walked in all was lovely. The staff have been helpful and courteous.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy...

What I like about it: 1) Offers free do-it-yourself laundry service on 8th floor. They have sigh up sheet for both washer and dryer. Two washers and one dryer. If the previous person doesn't come to pick up his/her stuff on time, you can call the front desk to have house-keeping staff come and pick it up to vacant either the washer or dryer for the next person to use. 2) Unlimited supply of bottled water - two free ones inside of refrigerator in each room. If you need more, you may get...

We booked a room with 2 single beds and got upgraded to a beautiful spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a living room, a full kitchen and a pair of laundry machine. The unit was well equipped and has tons of storage. Very friendly staff. Overall we were happy with our 4-night stay. The hotel does show some signs of aging. The biggest withdraw is the tile floor in the shower - extremely slippery, so be careful!

Great location and very nice large room. Nice, large shower. Property ia very new and modern. Great value.

It is a great location to go anyplace near by the bund area. Nice and clean well malintent hotel.

The room was spacious and the loft bed was really neat and comfortable. They even have an air purifier in the the room. The breakfast was really good and so was the dinner and affordable too. It was pretty central as well. I would stay there again if I go back to beijing!
