“Great location with wonderful breakfast.”

“Called at 8am to see about early check in they said sure your room will be ready by 12. We got to hotel room was not ready until 4:45. That’s 45 minutes after actual check in. The photos of property are extremely outdated. There is no pool bar although it says it on website. Dock is warped bad as well and don’t expect to see those pretty purple lights because they are not there. Definitely disappointed with our stay! Only thing enjoyable was the sweet bartender from Taiwan.”

“cannot believe the good reviews this place has on Expedia. It is inhabitable. I checked in via phone call, as the front office says "open" but nobody was on the premises--ever. When I walked into my room, which also happened to be an adjoining room to someone unknown, it smelled immediately of must and mold. After about an hour my throat started swelling because I'm allergic to mold. There is a lack of safety as there is no safety lock either on the outside door or the adjoining room door (owner……

“I hate to leave a review like this, so let me start by mentioning the exceptional staff. The front desk was amazingly friendly and our check-in and check-out was easy and wonderful. The property was quiet, felt safe, and we had nice neighbors. That said, the room we got was rough. Our room was not clean. There was heavy dust on furniture, a few small bugs inside, and walls showing their wear. The AC was old, and we were advised not to set it below 68. There was mold in the bathroom, and standing……

“This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. I appreciated the hands off check-in/check-out process. Staff communicated via text and email and were available if we needed to get in touch,……
