“We should have booked for longer! What a beautiful, spacious, well-maintained property. The design details are gorgeous, so much thought has gone into the space. We enjoyed our time there immensely. “Lovely clean cosy cottage in great surroundings, Cottage owners were so welcoming and Jane was very knowledgeable of the all the places to go locally. Great watching the chickens and the sheep by the cottage and our dog had a great time.Dog friendly with great forest walk on door step and cottage had a lovely enclosed garden.”

“A comfortable home for our short trip to Bath. Would like to come back and explore the area more.”

“A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay”

“Great spot to relax and disconnect, and lots of activities all in close proximity for when you want to get out and about.”

“We were a group of 4 looking for a short weekend break following 5 days meandering down the Kennett and Avon canal and the garden apartment was perfect. The location is fantastic being just 5-10 minute walk to the city and all it has to offer. Spacious and comfortable lounge area and the beds and bedding were so comfy. “We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. “When I arrived, I felt welcome at Coombe Cottage. The hosts’ attention to details was excellent- from the welcome basket to the amenities of the cottage. The garden was lovely to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The path to town expertly described by the host directed me on a lovely walk and to a charming town.
