“Lovely cottage, it has everything you need for a stay in Cotswolds, nicely located for a base in Cotswolds. It is pet friendly, and being a severe allergy sufferer, the rugs and carpets and upholstered furniture could do with a deep clean. ”

“The only (minor) complaint here is that the entrance is a little awkward. We ended up storing a suitcase just inside the front door to keep us from accidentally stepping down or falling. Other than that, our stay was great! We were close enough to walk into Cirencester to enjoy market day, but not so close that we had to worry about parking. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was some renovation happening on the barn just across the way, but it didn’t bother……

“Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.”

“Great location, very quiet with beautiful walks to the lakes and surrounding village. Excellent equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. Bed was very comfortable and the house was warm inside. ”

“I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. Melanie is a wonderful, welcoming host, who provided a very helpful welcome book, chock full of great recommendations for restaurants and tips for the local areas. Her recommendations were spot on. I……
