“Good experience of staying”

“Convenient, near to the city centre and the bus terminal. Not good choice for family, especially about the bathroom setup. The shower is fixed on the wall, while the sink is too high for kid”

“Stayed here as a family with two kids. Included in the booking was an infant, but there was no travel cot, The sofa bed was really quite uncomfortable. We were able to have a hot shower in the evening, but there was no hot water in the morning. The plug on the bath was broken. The restaurant was unclean, there was food on the floor from the night before when coming down for breakfast. The breakfast was generally good, but my husband pulled a long hair out the dish of mushrooms. For what we……

“It was clean and everyone was friendly.”

“The hotel is very clean and ideally located, with shops nearby and an adventure centre with cinema and other entertainment facilities just across the road. We booked a family room and it was great, very spacious and clean. I requested a cot for my baby and it was in the room when we got there. The swimming pool and other facilities were wonderful, and we all enjoyed it. The bar/restaurant was great too and they were showing the World Cup final on the big screen which was brilliant for my husband……
