“Good location to where we were going (Tusculum University). The physical facility was very run-down and could use a thorough cleaning. There were essentially no amenities except a television with no premium channels. The toilet in the room did not work, the shower was suffering from a feeble stream, the smokers threw their cigarette butts everywhere, and no one cleaned them up. There was no breakfast, no coffee pot in the room or in the lobby, and the toilets were filthy. The staff were……

“Rooms were clean, but had no hot water. common areas could use some work.
Front check guy was never there had to ring bell for him to come. Seemed like he was always creeping in this little room behind the front desk where all the security screens were. ”
