"Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room. Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!"

"I travelled for 7+ weeks through 10 countries and this was one of my favorites places to stay on the whole trip. I loved being up on the top floor in a huge room built into the vaulted ceiling. The detailing of the woodwork in the room and throughout the hotel is beautiful! And the owners are fantastic! So friendly and helpful! Breakfast every morning was wonderful, with lots of food options, and on the morning I had to get up early to go on a day trip to Triglav National Park, the owner went above and beyond to make breakfast for me -- even before the official time that breakfast started. The location in Lake Bled is nice as well -- only about a 5 minute walk down to the lake and shopping / dining options. If you take the bus, be sure to get off at the stop before the bus station -- this will save you about 10 minutes of walking and be less "up and down" (the town is rather hilly). I highly recommend this wonderful property! "
