En una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo (Santillana no es muy grande)
El hotel está renovado y mucho mejor que otros hoteles y posadas de la zona, ya antiguos y con necesdidad de reforma.
No deja de ser un dos estrellas pero la verdad que está muy bienn.
Lo único "criticable" puede ser la falta de personal porque tanto el check in como el check out se lo hace uno mismo, facilitando el hotel una clave para acceder al……

“La habitación estaba bien, sábanas limpias, colcha limpia, cortinas limpias...todos los días con cambio de toallas... Nos tocó una habitación adaptada y el fallo que encontré que al ser la ducha para ello se nos salía mucho el agua hacia afuera lo que hacíamos que el suelo del baño lo tuviéramos encharcado...no lo comento como queja si no que al final era un poco engorroso puesto que todo se mojaba...deberían de tener algo en el baño para una vez que se duchen puedan recoger ese agua los……

“On street parking close by. Only saw staff in morning at breakfast. Room was clean and roomy but one or 2 items needed maintenance. Bathroom light switch was intermittent, sink plug .Bed was comfortable and breakfast was basic with lots of processed packet food Ok for an overnight.”

“Such a lovely building. Lots of traditional features but rooms are modern, clean and fresh. Our room had a small balcony, one of two in the hotel. Most attractive restaurant and courtyard. It has a gastro dining experience and the restaurant seemed very popular with local visitors but plenty of room. Breakfast had a good variety, continental but cheese and hams with everything you would expect. More than filling. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We loved every aspect of this……

“The hotel and the rooms are recently refurbished, very clean and spacious. The surrounding village is quiet and gorgeous and the local residents are friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The owner is friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The only aspect that could improve significantly was the breakfast - both the quality and the variety of the food, especially as there are no alternative cafes nearby.”
