The rating of the property was very high for the age of the building. The staff was wonderful. But the age of the building, signage, lobby, chairs was all older and past its useful age. My hope is that pool will be working if we choose to go back again. The price was excellent but the rest of sub par. Staff was extremely helpful…

I'm not sure what your issue was since you do not have anything listed. You paid for a king bed and asked to be moved to 2 queen beds(you were not charged the higher price). Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Breakfast is good- nice variety for folks. A couple of light bulbs were burned out in our room but no problem getting them replaced. Very friendly staff, anything we needed we could get. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean,quiet and a really nice. The bath towels were the quality of what you would expect at a high end hotel. The next time I am in the area this is the place I will stay. Also, I loved the breakfast buffet. They had my favorite, biscuits & gravy

run-down condition. somewhat to be expected with this type of hotel at a relatively low price point. however, no housekeeping after day 1 (no bed made, no fresh towels) is unacceptable. then on day 2 to knock on the door at 8 am, just hours before checkout was unnecessary and disruptive.

Saw a roach on my side table. Woke up with bed bug bites too. There was rust under the fridge. Drawers weren't clean. Breakfast had very little options and oatmeal and milk weren't stocked.

The comfort inn West Chester was overall very nice but... was disappointed in the condition of the bathtub surface. Around the drain it was dirty and had some sort of red stain there. There was staining as well on the inside bottom of the tub. Big turn off. Also we were pulling a small trailer and we were told when checking in that no cars with trailers were allowed in the parking lot. They had no vacancy and needed all their spots. Check person on site said policy prohibited vehicles with a trailer to park in their secure parking lot. We had to park on the side street by the entrance. Never was told this when making the reservation by phone, even after asking if they had room for a car with a trailer. Different person check us in and said only street parking for trailers was their policy. Otherwise the hotel was very good.. just needed washroom updating. Still would stay there again. But a different room...

Great Hotel for the Cost
I try very hard not to spend too much time reading these reviews because if I read every single one of them, I'd never stay in a hotel. Unfortunately, I booked the wrong hotel, but that was on me and no one else. As for the hotel, it was exactly what was needed for the amount of time we were there and what we were doing. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and there were lots of options for food nearby. I do want to give tremendous Kudos to Bonnie who was working the breakfast every morning of my stay (5 mornings). She was phenomenal. She greeted everyone who came through and she would carry on conversations with individuals trying to get to know them and then she would follow-up with questions the next day. She was amazing and I hope that the hotel will provide her kudos as well!! There is currently a lot of construction on 75 and that did unfortunately cause a lot of traffic issues to get to and from the zoo (teen volunteer) each day. The trip is approximately 20 minutes one way with the added construction and traffic there was a backup every day! So if you're looking to do lots of things downtown Cincinnati, I would suggest that you look for a hotel that is closer to the downtown area. You might pay a little more but the drive may make up for it!! Hopefully this review will help someone!

Our room had a major plumbing issue. When we would flush thr toilet, the pipe under the sink would vibrate so hard and load that we thought something was about to break. I reported the issue to the front desk and I would have thought they would have adjusted my bill for the terrible experience but they did not.

This was one of the worst properties that I have seen in a long time. The real hotel was run down and did not look like they’ve been keeping up with basic maintenance. The telephone in the room did not work, and there was no hot water for the entire day. We only stayed one of the two nights that we booked because we could not take showers. The staff took our complaint, but didn’t do anything although, perhaps there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The hotel was fine for what we needed. We were there for a soccer tournament and our first game was at 7:30 and had to leave before breakfast started and didn't get back until right before breakfast ended. Definitely not the hotel's fault. The room did smell a little musty.
