We enjoyed having the kitchen and essential tools when we didn't want to leave the room. Housekeeping was great and provided clean towels/linens when needed. Never had to go to front desk for anything.

I like the spaciousness of the room. Great fellowship area. This time, there was an issue with cleanliness of the room and the bathroom door not closing properly. I called the desk because there was an alarm blaring next door. It continued all night despite my call. Disappointing

This the first time of stayed at a Sonesta Hotel and we loved it. We will look for this same chain again in the future. The room had everything that you would need. Full kitchen, plenty of room, very clean and the price was great!

Cons: Property was very outdated. Pool was in such bad shape that we didn’t even use it. Online Pictures were true to actual condition. Bad odor. Stains on carpet and sofa. Bathroom would not shut. Pros: friendly staff. Maids brought clean towels as promised. Decent value for work crews traveling but not families.

This property needs to be updated. The security latch that’s supposed to be at the top of the door was missing. Also, there was a huge dent in the base of the bed and several stains on the box mattress and box springs.

Overall great property. The pool was nice! My only complaint was breakfast not taken care of at all. The fd had to do breakfast to and it was a lot on 1 staff. We went for kings island so it was nice. Will book here again

Staff tried hard to help with our noisy traffic room which started at 5:50 am. Food / blood on the curtins. Stains on the carpet. So, we were offered a new room on the 1st floor. It was better. Breakfast was non existent...microwave a package something. Whitney and Adiara were helpful. You have a good place try to care for it more.
