The room was clean the lobby and breakfast area was clean. The hotel itself and even the room had like a musty smell you could tell they were trying to clean it up by the smell of the cleaning materials but all in all we got a good night sleep and that was our goal for the one evening

IT WAS OK.

It was ok not that bad, the heater didnt work and the toilet was stopped up and kept running over after telling them several times. Flooring was coming up which was a bit of a harzard. Other then that im grateful it wasnt any bugs or anything. It was a safe place to sleep.

Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never.

Hallway and inside of the room smells very funky - very strong and musty smell. I went out to a grocery store and sprayed Fabrese heavy duty to try to eliminate the odor. Staff was very helpful. Hotel located in convenient and safe area. Property, room, and room furniture are very old and desperately need updating.

Good place

Needed place to stay that was convent to places I was going during my stay. Close walk to places to eat. No frills place but I wasn’t needing that. Room furniture was functional but needed a little TLC along with the bathroom door. I felt safe and beds were comfortable

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days. While the location was a bit confusing to navigate, the cost was much lower compared to staying in Cincinnati, which made it a great option for a budget-friendly trip. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I had a good experience. However, one area that could use improvement is cleanliness. The hotel should focus more on maintaining cleanliness to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite that, it was a pleasant stay overall.

A nice little hotel for a stopover in Cincinnati

I only stayed overnight one night, so there's not much to say. I had a comfortable room not far from the stairs so I didn't need to carry my luggage far. Check in was easy, the bed was comfortable, I had a good computer desk and good Wi-Fi. The TV was small but I didn't have time to use it anyway. The entire room was very clean, no trouble there at all. I had a nice shower with consistent pressure and temperature, which is something not to be taken for granted when visiting a hotel. And in the morning, there was a nice little continental breakfast where I had a modest breakfast of toast with jam and honey, four mini muffins, and some flavored water. When I checked out, I honestly told the receptionist I had no complaints.

One night stay

Although we were in the hotel and room for only a short time, in at 8:30pm out by 7am, our stay was comfortable and convenient to our needs. This is an older hotel but has been remodeled and was pretty clean but the bathroom had a very noisy exhaust fan and the floor edges and corners were not tended to well. When we entered the section we were to stay, the carpets were being cleaned with a strong Lysol smelling solution. I did have coffee and yogurt for breakfast and the dining area was very clean and well stocked with food and supplies. The staff that we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Overall I found this to be a good budget hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast didn't have a ton of options but was fine. The hotel had a bit of bad smell to it, in the room and overall, but it wasn't too bad and we got used to it quickly. No problems checking in or out. Recommend it for a budget stay!
