Saw a cockroach on the kitchen counter. Room service never came to our room the whole week we were there, so they never got our PILE of used towels we had. I saw them go around to every other room and grab other people’s towels and stuff, but not ours? My boyfriend and I kept having to walk up to the office and ask for more towels. First room we had STUNK of cigarettes, the fridge didn’t work, and the bathtub didn’t drain properly. I did go up and tell the office about it and they said maintenance would come to the room and maintenance never did so I asked to switch to another room.

The accomodatiins were below the standard of other Sonesta Es Suites I’ve stayed at. Far below the standard set by the Blue Ash affiliate. The room was not clean and well kept.

Did not like - badly stained carpet throughout. Strong Smoke smell upon entering. Pool was not able to be used as they had it closed the 3 days we were there for cleaning. The outdoor lounge seating area cushions were wet so you couldn’t sit comfortably without getting wet. Breakfast is definitely minimal. Liked - room set up and space. Ease of location. Friendly staff.

Lacking of toiletries, dirty flloors and carpet stains, smells like someone just smoked cigarette when we came in & everytime we’re stepping in the cigarette smell was so strong and only one TV remote control for 3 TVs. Some lights are busted too. Can’t even reach the front desk as the 2 landline phones not working to request housekeeping to report dirt and not enough towels, hangers, and toiletries.

From the outside the property looked good. Well i stayed in a two bedroom townhouse. My townhouse was in the back of the parking lot. Therefore you must roll your suitcase on grass and rocks. Horrible. Secondly, when entering you can see all stains on the gray carpet. The carpet needed a deep cleaning. I would not let company in my own house woth the carpet looking like that. Could not find the remote for the tv in the living room. When i called the office, the attendant nonchalantly stated that property did not have additional remotes. I would not recommend this property.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Minus a few issues. Such as the door almost having to be shpulder opened, and a mysterious wet spot on the floor in the room. Noticedspme maintenance issues that should be taken care such as loose door handles on the cabinets, and missing hooks on the bathroom
