"Great location and comfortable room. We WERE disappointed that there wasn't a MW in the room (would have liked to have been able to heat up the rice pack for my neck). We took advantage of the park and fly option: we were able to leave my car in the hotel parking lot and then take the shuttle to the airport for our 9:30 flight. We were also able to call for the shuttle bus to pick us up upon arrival, but we didn't know WHERE exactly to wait for the ride. We should've asked the concierge for clear directions BEFORE we headed to the airport that morning. NOTE: the shuttle buses ALL come to the purple parking lot BUT you need to use the 2nd level Skybridge from the baggage claim area and then take the stairs or escalator to return to street level. All in all, good experience, and I would stay here again."
