"If you love nature and won't to removed from all the noise and lights of suburbia life, this place is the one for you. We spent 5 nights here and everything about it was perfect. Waking up to the calls of Eastern Whip-poor-wills and surrounded by the remoteness and quietness of Highland County. The outdoor fire pit was great for cooking and keeping warm when the night fell. "Had a GREAT time here! House was beautiful and perfect! Trail was well marked and obviously well maintained. Creek out back was so nice to the ears, nice fire pit (didn’t use because it was rainy). Host was super nice and attentive about any questions I had. Great place to stay, would highly recommend!!"

"King bed in bedroom was a nice surprise. Still plenty of space in the room. Teenagers found the sleeper sofas comfortable. Rhododendrons and hemlock trees around the cabin were beautiful with snow. Nice view from inside cabin of the clear rocky bottom stream. Kitchen etc had everything we needed. Thank you!"

"We loved our stay. We were greeted with a sweet treat from the property manager for my son's birthday. That was a nice touch. Along with the fresh tomatoes they left for us as well. "A group of friends stayed at Big Springs B&B for a weekend trip to Highland County. The house was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal and we appreciated the farm-raised beef in the freezer. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed hearing the whippoorwills at dusk and seeing the milky way at night."

"I was amazed by how clean and well kept this property was! And fully stocked with everything you need. Host was great with communication, before during and and after! They gave some recommendations with places to see and so glad, because we had no clue on what we wanted to do. Spring break 2024 was a success with this place! Definitely booking again, hoping in the summer to really take in all the beauty around! Thanks Jennifer and Kyle!"

"Everything was just right, easy, and lovely. Clean, well kept, perfectly stocked. It seemed to be recently renovated - nice appliances, modern heating and cooling units, new pots and pans. So many times when we travel there are little things that become stressors, but really this was just absolutely stress free."
