“This property is not how it is portrayed on the web. Upon arriving it appeared the exterior grounds outside the cabins were not maintained. I can say that the inside was clean and cozy. There are no televisions in the property, which I knew so we brought our own. Although the kitchen has a stove there is no oven.. There are two old chairs on the front "porch" area. One of the chairs had a exposed rusty nail that my wife did not notice until she sat down and cut her leg. When we went to the area……

“I absolutely love our night here. The tent is comfortable and clean.The beds were so cozy!The bathroom was so cute and clean (I seriously saw a meteor while using it in the middle of the night)It felt extremely safe.The fire pit was easy to use and had a grate we can add to cook on with Ken’s help with dishes and supplies.Ken stays a short walk downhill and had a fridge we could store items in if needed.The chipmunks at Ken’s are so cute! “The house was great, but very hard to find on a dark and rainy night via a gravel road about 15 - 20 minutes outside of town. Because we had so many activities crammed into our two days in Moab, we were at the house only to sleep. Next time we'll plan better so we can just relax and be able to enjoy the lovely property. ”

“Pros: Overall we were able to make a pretty cozy home and things functioned including the full out bed with essentials provided, AC worked, Wi-Fi TV worked, there was enough towels with nice local artwork. It was also an impressive layout given the tiny space that maximized the kitchen and seating area with the fold out bed.Cons: We could not get rid of a funky subtle smoky smell after many days of cooking, the hot water runs out after 10 minutes that made it difficult with two kids and two……
