“The tent itself was nice and clean, and the property generally seemed nicely maintained. Unfortunately a ferocious howling wind blew up unexpectedly, which ripped open the tent's door flap (which we'd had cinched down tightly) and throttled the roof canvas; the cold of that wind blew through the additional door curtain and every space that wasn't solidly closed. We also had the vague expectation we could find something to eat that wasn't gas station food or a way to cook something--Ballard's……

Close to Moab & hiking trails, like 35-40 mins away, the drive scenic was enjoyable. The last night there we were able to do a firepit and just enjoy the clear night sky with stars, it was beautiful. Highly recommended.”
