“Unfortunately we got a bit of a shock when we saw the outside of the property. Pretty grotty to the extent that we thought we must have the wrong address. The front door that led to the two apartments was in a state and practically falling off the hinges. The key safe was in the front area by the wheelie bin and there was rubbish all over the floor. We had to clean the kitchen with all of its utensils, bathroom and living area ourselves!!The portable heater would only work on low!
