Clean. Staff was friendly. Frig had a freezer compartment, which I need because I bring ice packs to use in my cooler when traveling on road (not all hotels have these now). Breakfast was fair--sausage links were good.

Nice big room. Sink outside of the bathroom which we liked. Comfy beds. No coffee at the breakfast bar but there was a convenience store down the road.

The room was cleaned ok, not perfect. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent with waffles, powdered scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals and oatmeal, several bread choices, and yogurt. I’d stay here again.

Room still had crumbs on the bedside table. bathroom had broken tiles. shower had very little water coming out. Water was hot but there was so little stream, it made the shower cold. bed was comfortable

Elevator was broke but she made sure my elderly parents and I had a floor level room. Very helpful. Breakfast was not worth eating unfortunately but staff was great. Room comfortable. Pool and spa were out of order as well. Decent for the location and needing to sleep

Left a lot to be desired- room was not clean (surfaces hadn’t been wiped, hair in the tub, trash on floor); elevator was broken; breakfast lacked any fresh fruit options. It met our need for a bed to sleep in but I probably will pay a little more for a nicer place next time.

Stay was perfect and a decent price. Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. I rated amenities as poor - not that it affected my stay in any way - but just so it’s out there, but elevator, pool and hot tub, and sadly coffee machine were all out of order. I don’t need any of those really - but in case you are going for the pool or can’t climb stairs - check on that before you book.

The elevator was out of service, I had sunflower seeds on the carpet in our room from whoever was there before us and the icing on the cake was the water in the bath was ice cold. Therefor we were not able to take a shower or bath. When asking for refund it got denied….DONT GO THERE!!!

We had some car trouble, so we got in late. The girl at the front desk must've really been in the halloween spirit, because her attitude was downright scary. The next morning, I went to take a shower & the water was COLD! I let it run for about 5 minutes & then went down to the front desk. The same girl was working & she said, "I don't know what you want me to do about that, we're fully booked. If you can wait 15 minutes, I can call my manager." We never heard a word from anyone! So I took my cold shower & we left. Other than that, the room smelled funny, the a/c wasn't that cold & the mattress was straight out of a nightmare. Lumpy & not supportive. The parking lot is terrible, too! If you have a larger vehicle, you'd have to park across the street! I wouldn't use "Quality" to describe anything about this hotel.

It was a room for a night, town is small and safe . Clayton info center is right across the street where they explained about the dino tracks just north of the town. We went to the lake a few years back and the tracks are the best in the US.

The room was good but that’s about all. The elevator was not working, pool and hot tub were not working, the ‘security entrance’ on the south end was broken and the door was not latched shut so anyone with a key or not could enter. There is a very active railroad track 350’ from the motel so every time a train came by it sounded like it was in the room with you.

That place is taking the quality out of Quality Inn. Staff was great. Relatively clean but AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Bathroom smelled like old pee. Shower was so bad I couldn’t hardly use it and it was a handicap room. Bed was clean and comfy.
