“Was no soap on clean towels to shower or clean your hands that is very bad for hotel i would never stay on that hotel no more”

“To say the least on day one of check in. My TV and microwave don’t work. Took maintenance 2 days to fix the TV with completely replacing it. Well the microwave… never worked all 5 days and staff knew right away after they were advised by a repair man who came into my room while I was occupying the room to try and repair the microwave. Management never reached out to offer a stay in a different room or offer some sort of comp since I was never able to reheat food I brought for meals”

“Property was clean & plenty roomy for 2 and our puppy. We should have checked in all the cupboards to find things that we thought were not available, as we found some on our last day there. It was quiet for sleeping.”

“Definitely a home away from home! We were more than satisfied with the entire stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Nicely decorated and accommodating. The pool area was equally nice as it had bbq, cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs. We played the card games provided by the host (phase 10 in particular) and just created family memories we will never forget! Thank you for a great stay! Would recommend! ”
