We stayed here for the first time since our other usual places were sold out. When I went to check in there were four people talking at the front counter. They just kept talking to each other rather than helping a customer. I had to wait and asked if someone could help me check in. One of the people who seemed to be more in charge said to the rest of the people to check me in. No one moved and they continued to talk amongst themselves and even the in charge person ignored me. Very quiet location even with the waterpark in walking distance! Breakfast was amazing (loved the waffle bar and eggs) and the room was even better with shower jets near the shower nozzle that created extra steam! Bed was comfy but pillows were too soft (probably a me issue). If we plan to stay in Draper again we will keep this location in mind!

The Fairfield Inn in Cottonwood is the perfect stay for a Brighton or Alta ski trip! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and we loved all the cozy touches added throughout the hotel. Huge plus that they have an indoor pool and hot tub for relaxing apres ski!

Cozy, comfortable and over the top service. Ski In and Ski out with pommel lift from base chairs. Attractive western themed lodging in a laid back atmosphere. The food is unique and dinner selections are changed daily. Anything you request, the staff will try their best to make happen. Serious skiers who are by and large repeat visitors make up the majority of the guests. Our college aged son found the absence of social life after 10:00PM a bit bewildering, but there are a few bars within...

Staff was excellent. Andy, Heyden, Jake, were friendliest staff I have ever encountered. View of mountain was stunning. Would return to the Inn on our next trip to Snowbird.

Service was super good! room service and house keeping were great! Only thing was that the room didn't have a microwave or hot water kettle that we could get some hot water for tea! The coffee pot was a K-Cup that couldn't be used as making hot tea.

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful view from 4th floor, comfortable room, great kitchen, the bed was a fold out couch, but it was comfortable. Very nice and helpful front desk.

We stayed here on our way to Montana. This place was great! Right off the 15, dog friendly, clean, restaurant around, very friendly staff and really good breakfast. We also stayed on our way home. We will definitely stay here again on our next road trip to Montana. Great hotel : )

Beautiful hotel. Keep in mind parking will cost you at least $24 a night. It’s not included in the stay. The room was really big, and we loved that they had an adult only hour at the pool.
