“House was quaint. Fully stocked except for a hair dryer if you want one. The property was beautiful! The river views were excellent! I hated to leave. Definitely recommend.”

“We really enjoy our stay. Relax by the river was awsome.”

“We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. We found the home well cleaned……

“Great home with everything you need. Even had a little fly tying desk complete with vise, light and magnifying glass.Comfortable beds. Very relaxing setting. Caught fish off the dock when we tried but mostly fly fished other spots on the river.Couldn’t ask for more!”
