"I would like to start by saying that the house was extremely clean. The owners were also extremely nice. How did I get to meet the owners you ask? Allow me to explain. Check in was at 3pm; when we didnt get a code for the door I started calling VRBO. I was told they werent able to reach the owners & to wait an hour. Called back after an hour & they still couldnt get the owners. After 3 calls to VRBO they agreed to pay for a hotel. We were close to the house so we decided to stop by & the lockbox...
