This property requires significant renovation, as everything is outdated. Our room was dirty and dusty, with the walls covered in handprints. Fortunately, the beds appeared to be clean. However, the air conditioning kept turning off, and the area was noisy; I'm not sure if the sounds were coming from the building's structure. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room seemed to be malfunctioning. We were only there to rest for a few hours before continuing on our journey. The staff was nice.

Walking distance to several restaurants and liquor stores. Front desk very nice easy check in. Nice comfortable very clean room nice television. Only complaint was very loud tenants outside my door in the middle of the night yelling, drunk, loud mufflers on vehicles sounded like they were racing on the street, other than that noise at night very nice hotel especially for the price.

Taking a shower was a mistake as the bathroom floor was flooded with water and lots of mold around the floor. The TV system was indecipherable and had to use, for no reason!

Room was roach infested. We immediately asked for our reservation to be canceled, and we did it right there and spoke to a Travelocity agent and she started the refund policy

We had to call desk to find out how to make shower work. New style and nothing on faucet or handle to give any indication what to do.

First night is fine, next day I get back to my hotel with my partner and I am naked getting ready to hop in the shower when this middle aged man bursts through the door and only say "more money more money!". I yell at him to get out, throw on pants and run out the door and see the lady who was just at the front desk. She ends up telling me that is the father of the woman who owns this hotel, and he, for some reason thought we hadn't paid for the second night (she confirmed right away that we had), and had run off from the check in office to apparently just enter our room without even knocking.
