"The communication with the host was great, owner was lovely. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning is important to us, especially with a humid summer. The amenities said Air Conditioning, not wall unit. We arrived during a very humid heat wave. The picture advertised does not show that the portable air unit is in living room where the orange cushion is on the floor. "We stayed in Steve’s condo in Windham for four nights while visiting family in the area for New Year’s Eve. We love the Windham area - there is so much to do and the condo was well located. Steve’s place was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Check in and check out were easy and Steve was communicative throughout. We would stay here again."

"Overall great for a short ski trip weekend. The kitchen was a little lacking, and the water smells really bad of sulfer... but we had bottled water to drink so it wasn't bad. Great location if skiing at Windham, and only a 10min drive to Hunter!"
