The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. "I needed a place to stay while my daughter visited the Franciscan Campus. Very clean and nicely done for and older home. The K-cup coffee was a real treat and timesaver. The houses around the unit are run down but that is not the owners fault."
