"All great , everything prepared for guests on time. Only one thing that nowhere wasn’t mentioned that there is top up electric and we need to buy this additionally . For a week we spent 10 as almost not stayed there which is good . Otherwise all good, few spiders in the house and some spiderwebs as well . "

"What a beautiful place: stunning views, family friendly walks, short walk to Woolacombe along the the coastal footpath (no roads) and the other stunning little beaches on the way ( especially loved the ari lankan restaurant at baricane beach. "A great welcome after a long delayed trip. Our room was excellent, clean tidy with comfortable beds & quality bedding. Super large walk in shower room. Breakfast was superb. Staff very helpful & friendly. The location is perfect for a 10 minute walk into Barnstaple town centre along the promenade by the river. An excellent stay, shame it was only for one night. Highly recommend."
