“The lobby was not staffed when I arrived. I had to call a number for someone to come. The person who came was surly and abrupt. I was told breakfast was served at 7 am. When I came down a little after 7, there was no breakfast and no coffee. Another guest had called the phone number twice and was told staff would arrive shortly. They left in disgust at 7:45. I called the number and got voice mail. Eventually the same surly staff member came and set out cereal and waffle makings and juice. Then……

“I picked up my key and checked my room. Unfortunately, everything was booked and I had to stay. It was gross. No wifi - the staff was unable to remedy - I wasn't able to work on my laptop. The floor in my room was not glued down, I had to wear shoes. The room was very dirty. There was a half inch gap between the floor and my door - very sketchy. And I wanted to use the pool but there was a visible film floating in the water.”
