"Very convenient location with good parking"

"We had a great stay, very clean and cozy! Our host was very nice and responsive. Great location, would definitely recommend!!!"

"Excellent beds and clean."

"The living quarters was clean, no bugs, essentials provided (except laundry detergent and hair dryer), quiet residence, muddy parking lot, safe neighborhood, great communication and ease of parking and entry. "

"More roomy than other budget motels around here."

"Able to walk to all the nearby restaurants with this location, including the beach. Very clean rooms with 2 TVs and controllable AC. Would definitely visit here again."

"Before morning travel, we got much-needed rest here. Rooms had ample space so it didn't feel cramped at all, plus friendly staff shared helpful breakfast recommendations as part of our group treat experience."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this location, although it was a different "platform/room." Once again, a very nice stay. Room was perfect for the 2 of us, and all the right ameneties. This is a perfect location within Wallenford, with access to everything, whether walking or driving. The property is very well maintained, and feels very secure. "

"Quick check-in and quiet room helped us get good rest before hitting the road again."

"This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean and comfortable with easy communication with host I recommend this unit to all who want to visit Wallingford or who desire to take the train to ny or Boston etc"

"Clean & comfortable, in an architecturally unique setting. Great proximity to a variety of downtown shops & restaurants - check out Center Street Brewing Co. for some excellent beer."

"The apartment was perfect - size, location, furnishings and price. Will definitely return when I visit friends and family."

"My short stopover went well, beds were supportive but not too firm, setting remained calm despite being next to interstate."

"'A good choice as a clean stopover spot offering free parking close by making travel easier."

"The pictures must have been old. Very deceiving. Expected it to be more spacious. Hard to get in and out because of the busy road"

"Very clean. No frills."

"If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid."
