"Room a little below street level, never specified in the description. Completely unacceptable at this price point. Impossible to open any windows because of people walking on the street and seeing everything inside the room. We would have never chosen this hotel and room knowing that as there was many other hotel options with a view and cheaper. Be prepared to close all blinds in the room to get any intimacy, feels like leaving in a cave. Hotel personnel was not helpful at all. Extremely disappointed."

The moment you walk in you are greeted with beautiful decor, excellent staff and a very welcoming feeling. The corridors and room designs were lovely and spacious. The views outstanding no matter where you were. Loved the displays of the hotel history and wines. Spa was excellent"
