“We had a great stay. The house was comfortable. We didn't need to ask the host for anything because everything we needed and more was readily available in the home. The farm animals on-site were entertaining and seem to respect quiet hours . I had a good conversation with the goats one evening. If you haven't experienced a conversation with an adult goat rent this place and enjoy. Thank you for a great country getaway that is very dog welcoming not just tolerant. “The connecting wall between the two rooms of the cabin could have been more soundproof. I was awakened my first night there by the loud talking and giggling from the adjacent unit. I personally didn’t like the hand soap scent, but it wasn’t a problem as I travel with my own anyway.”

“Since this is offseason for them many of the Amenities did not open until 11 and closed at 5. This prevented us from enjoying them. The hot tub was nice and had an excellent view.”

“My family's trip consisted of 3 different VRBO properties on a multi-week journey. This was the 3rd location and due to some unforeseen circumstances with the 2nd property we reached out to Amelia to see if we could move up our booking date as much as possible. She was more than accommodating and we were able to get to the Bluebird Lakehouse earlier than originally planned. This was a great relief and saved our trip. This is a nice cottage in a small community of them.”

“Everything was very clean and comfortable. They had extra things like snacks, coffee, creamer, umbrellas, and a basket with items in case you forgot something. There were even fresh picked flowers in a vase when we arrived. It was a beautiful property. They even had heated bathroom floors. The owners were super kind and welcomed our grandchildren there to fish in the river, jump on their trampoline and play with the sports toys. It was great!!”
