"We traveled for a wedding and every place was booked in the area. We wanted a place that didn't break the bank and Microtel fit that bill but we were a little skeptical of what we'd find. To our pleasant surprise we found a clean room that offered free parking and a decent breakfast in the morning. The best was all of the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The property can use some upgrades. There were contractors working in the building, so it looks like they are improving things. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The night I stayed it was very quiet. The hotel is off from the main roads, so it was quiet. The price was very reasonable. Overall, a good place to stay while you're passing through the area."

"Easy to find. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great lakeside patio. Nice pool. Hot tub was not working when there. Good breakfast. Very nice rooms with comfortable bed. Highly recommend."

"Timberhaven is truly all that and MORE, and we have Brandy, the incredible host of this beautiful cabin in the woods, to thank for making our stay so special.The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by an immaculate, beautifully appointed log cabin that immediately feels like home. Fresh flowers, a thoughtfully stocked guest treat station, and a coffee and tea bar that could rival any five star hotel are just a few of the many wonderful touches that endeared us to this cottage. And the heated bathroom floors? Such a special touch!We were here to celebrate a family wedding, and having Timberhaven as our home base made an already special occasion even more memorable. We were able to spend precious time with our two grown sons, make memories together, and enjoy having a beautiful place to come back to after celebrating with family.Everyone had their own comfortable bed and relaxing space, while the common areas gave us plenty of opportunities to gather, laugh, talk, and simply enjoy being together.It is so obvious that Brandy has thoughtfully planned every detail with her guests in mind.
