“This little house is in a sweet neighborhood. It is clean, with beautiful wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Centrally located for our purposes and a good choice for the price. We ended up not bringing our dog because of weather concerns, but there are good dog walking places in the area. Near shopping and restaurant areas in Mariemont and Madisonville. Driveway and yard could use some work, but yard is fenced and there's a nice deck in back. Thanks, Seth!”

“Very nice location in Covington. Very nice house, clean, nice kitchen. The rooftop is a great place to hangout, especially at night where you have a fantastic view of downtown Cincinnati. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and the house experience.”

“Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.”

“I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it.”

“It was a quiet neighborhood and a good place for couples. Parking wasn’t a problem. However, it wasn’t clean to my standards. The fridge was dirty, the blinds had dust everywhere, we found a condom wrapper under the bed, and a cigarette under the chest. Also, the desk chair and the toilet was wobbly. The lights in the kitchen flicker and sometimes turn off. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but there were just little things that could’ve been better.”
