"When we are out in Pittsfield we always stay at the BML. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. For the price of a hotel room, you get a small condo. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Stay there, you won't regret it."
"I stayed at Maple Terrace for five nights and brought my golden retriever with me. I worked remotely from the room most days, and it was an ideal setup—quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped.
The property itself is beautiful, with a stunning view of the neighboring horse farm that feels straight out of a postcard. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed: comfortable beds, easy-to-reach power outlets at both the desk and bedside, and small conveniences that show real attention to detail (shower cap, makeup remover, hair dryer, etc.). The welcome chocolates for humans and treats for dogs were such a sweet touch.
The owner is wonderful—warm, attentive, and always available to make sure guests have what they need.
My dog absolutely loved it. While she desperately wanted to chase horses and explore the (equally gorgeous) cemetery—no, sweet girl, not allowed—we found an amazing 1/2-mile trail along the Green River that leads straight to Water Street with easy access to campus and Spring Street. It was perfect for morning walks.
This will be my go-to place whenever I visit Williamstown.

"Nice place to stay, off season. Price was very reasonable. Room was comfortable, (1st floor, Building 5), entire building was very quiet, hardly anyone on the property. Nice amenities, but we only walked through, did not use (pool, locker rooms, hot tub, fire pit). Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Gas fireplace worked well, hot water was plentiful, water pressure was good. Kitchen was stocked with just about anything you'd need to cook simple meals. Great option when in the area, would recommend and would stay again."
"Wonderful stay, as usual. I have business in the Pittsfield area, 3 or 4 times a year and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Quiet, comfortable….staff is always helpful and friendly….restaurant in the building is just another plus."
