The resort was just as beautiful in person as it was online. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Renting a boat and jet skis were easy. We did have several of us who reserved spa treatments that were last-minute canceled due to absent staff, and none of the rooms had a microwave so we reheated our leftovers with a blow dryer. Other than that, all the dining options were satisfactory (we ate at Doc's and The Anchor), and we'll definitely be coming back.

Bad customer service. I called ahead of time to let them know I was going to check in late. They asked for the confirmation number and name. And said no such name or confirmation number exists in the system. My wife and I had to pay more for a room at a different hotel that night. It was like he didn’t have time to look through a second time for the information.
