Colfax Residences

Hotel was conveniently located near the Triad airport but also for the project in Greensboro. Facility is nice but starting to age, staff was great.

we had a lovely room on the main floor with a view of a grassy field. we were there for a funeral and everything was very nice

Front desk staff was very kind and professional

Exceptional customer service and really good breakfast! Will definitely stay here on my next trip down to South Carolina

We booked this room by mistake thinking it was another Courtyard by Marriott. Much to our surprise we stayed at this Courtyard and were very happy with our mistake. Close to I-40 without the traffic congestion that we had delt with before. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, the staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay here from now on when visiting!!!

Had an excellent stay and experience! Everything was awesome from check-in to check out. Nice property, excellent breakfast, room was better than expected and staff was friendly and helpful!

Such a nice hotel with a friendly staff! Everything was so clean and we rested so well! We will stay again when we come back to Greensboro!

Easy access to highway. Good value for my travel budget.

We weren't sure what to expect but decided to take a chance on this place since it was close to where we were going to a meeting. To our delight this was a pretty new hotel. We were highly impressed with the staff, including the bar staff. The entrance was very pretty, the design of the bar and restaurant was a new and different idea as compared to other hotels in the area. We actually ate dinner in the bar and the food was delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect in...

Beautiful hotel - super friendl staff - loved the large pool only dissapointment was that hot tub was Out of service and was reason for booking - otherwise very happy with stay.

Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Service

When staying here, ask for Joyce. She delivered great customer service and was a pleasure to converse with, which is saying something coming from an introvert.

Great stop after a day on the road. We checked in and we're told complimentary appetizers and drinks were being served and the entire lobby smelled of fresh baked cookies. Very welcoming.

Liked service and customer service but the took money off my credit card for no reason at all! Did not understand why????

We enjoyed our stay all the amenities were great. The staff was very accommodating. Hannah was amazing! My kids enjoyed our staycation with friends.
